This is perfect for any leisure traveller searching for a wonderful and peaceful retreat and yet still having access to nearby towns like Wrexham and Chester. The picturesque setting is coupled with the stunning beauty and history of the Hall itself (650 years worth). The size of the property means that you are made to feel very much at home and with food to match this is a highly recommended hotel. Guests also get free unlimited use of the Spa facilites (incl Hydro Pool, Steam room and sauna) at the sister hotel Wild Pheasant in Llangollen. (GW 07/2008)
Bodidris Hall is nestled in isolated splendour within the midst of a 6,500 acre estate and reached by a mile-long drive where you will see a lake with ducks and swans striding majestically along. Although apparently isolated, the hotel is only 25 minutes from the historic Roman city of Chester and around 15 minutes to Wrexham. The hall is uniquely placed in that the county boundary between Denbigshire and Flintshire literally runs through the centre of hall.
