Average area of a bathroom is 5 sq.m; average area of an antechamber is 3.5 sq.m. The hotel rooms are fit out with modern furniture, all rooms have mini-bars with a standard set of drinks (for additional fee according to the price list), and safes. In each hotel room there is a color TV-set, a telephone and a hair-dryer. The guests of the hotel can watch TV programs of 18 Russian, European and American channels.
