This 107-storey hotel was opened in 2006 and comprises a total of 107 rooms of which 8 are suites and 2 are wheelchair accessible rooms. In the lobby is a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, a cloakroom and a lift. There is also a hairdressing salon, an auditorium, a cafe and a restaurant to take advantage of. The conference centre accommodates up to 700 people.
