The club resort is a new construction, built in 2010, that preserves the charm of the original manor. Services have been designed to offer a wide range of options in order to offer guests a tailor-made stay based on their preferences. There are 202 guest rooms at the air-conditioned resort. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception service and facilities include a hotel safe, cloakroom and lift access. There is also a café, bar and restaurant at the hotel. Guests can also take advantage of the room and laundry services on offer and those guests who are arriving by car may park their vehicle in the hotel's car park. Bicycles are available for hire at the resort.

The hotel is situated on the 500 hectares of Donnafugata manor, close to Ragusa, Sicily. The location offers splendid beaches and in its surroundings there are great places of cultural, archaeological and natural interest. The entire province of Ragusa includes a number of cities belonging to the Sicilian Baroque that are UNESCO world heritage sites, such as Ragusa, Modica, Ragusa Ibla, Noto and Scicli. It is one hour by road from Catania International Airport and 17 km from the Comiso airport Pio La Torre.

The hotel serves a continental breakfast buffet.
