The hotel was built in 1974 and completely renovated in the year 2000. There are a total of 300 rooms, of which 15 are single rooms and 285 are double rooms. Amongst the facilities count a stylish foyer with lifts, safes and a 24-hour reception desk. In addition, there is a TV room, some shops, a café, a cosy bar and an air-conditioned restaurant with separate non-smoking area and highchairs for infants. Room and laundry services are also available and there is a playground for the hotel's younger guests.

This modern hotel is centrally located in Fuengirola's tourist centre, on the first row of hotels directly opposite the beach. The town centre, with its countless shopping and entertainment venues, is within easy walking distance.
