Car parking is complimentary and shared guest laundry facilities are available onsite. The lobby is functional, offering some seating. Reception hours are limited between 8am to 9pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 6pm Saturday and Sunday. There is a site manager on duty 24 hours.

From Coolangatta Airport, head north along Gold Coast Highway. Continue through Surfers Paradise, heading past Cavill Ave. Just after Ocean Avenue, veer right in to Main Beach Parade. Follow Main Beach Parade along a few hundred meters and you will see the resort located on your left handside, opposite the beach.
