The hotel comprises a total of 73 rooms spread over 3 floors. The inviting lobby houses a reception, a lift and a bar. In addition, guests are able to dine at the hotel's à la carte restaurant. Those arriving by car may use the hotel car park or garage. The lobby is medium in size and incorporates a small seating area furbished with modern armchairs and settees upholstered in pastel shapes & adorned with flags of the various teams which take part in the Citys famous Palio event.
