The hotel was built in 2001 and consists of 42 rooms on 3 floors. The air-conditioned hotel is well equipped with amongst other things a bar, a breakfast room, a roof terrace with stunning views of the city, a lounge area as well as lifts and car parking facilities.

This hotel is centrally located but in a relatively peaceful area just 15 minutes walk from the magnificent city centre and Piazza Maggiore. It is just a stone's throw to the railway station and Via Indipendenza shopping street.

A breakfast buffet is available every morning. At midday and in the evenings meals may be chosen from the set menu on offer. It is possible to book a half board stay.
