The hotel dates back some 200 years as it was converted from an inn, and comprises a total of 20 rooms, of which 3 are suites. The great facilities include a comfortable lobby, a bar and a restaurant with a magnificent loch views. Coffee, drinks, snacks and light meals are served in the restaurant throughout the day. Parking is available for those arriving by car.
The hotel is located just north of the village of Luss on the banks of Loch Lomond. This is undoubtedly one of Scotland's most popular visitor destinations. It lies in a beautiful setting but is still less than an hour from Glasgow. Coming from Glasgow, follow the A 83 through Dumbarton and then follow the signs for Crainlarrach. The hotel is about 2 km behind the village of Luss. Leave the M 8 at junction 30 and drive over the Erskine Bridge, where there is a toll charge. Then take the A 82 and follow the instructions from Glasgow.
There is a wonderfully relaxing and friendly restaurant within the hotel that offers a fantastic menu.
