This friendly hotel was completely renovated in 2008 and includes 88 rooms in 3 buildings each with 5 floors, of which 8 are suites and 10 family rooms. The main building offers guests a lobby area with 24-hour reception, a currency exchange counter, a cloakroom, a lift and a safe as well as a lobby bar with various seating areas and TV screen with DVD. Furthermore, guests are offered a pool bar, an Internet café (extra charge), air-conditioned restaurant and health centre with a sauna, jacuzzi, hammam and indoor pool (extra charge). For younger visitors there is a playground and children's section of the outdoor pool. Room and laundry services as well as medical attention are also available at an extra charge. Guests arriving by car are able to park in the car park.

This hotel enjoys a peaceful location in the leisure district of Alanya, just 250 m from the popular, fine sand Cleopatra beach. The centre of the Alanya lies around 500 m away and is easily reached on foot or with the minibus (which stops just a stone's throw from the hotel). Numerous shopping facilities and entertainment venues are also located in the surrounding area. The transfer to Antalya Airport takes about 105 minutes (roughly 120 km).
