This fascinating hotel is composed of two historical buildings which have been designed in compliance with contemporary life, while showing great respect to their history of 1200 years and the region's Assyrian influence. Renovated in 2009 in a regional architectural style, many original goods and accessories used by the family who owned the building for centuries are now displayed in the rooms. The hotel has a restaurant located in the cellars, a cafe-bar, lounge area and a courtyard with food and beverage service.
The hotel is located in the old quarter of Midyat, amongst the stone houses typical of the area. The silversmith bazaar and ancient churches Mor Barsavmo and Mor Aksanoya are within walking distance. The large city of Mardin and its airport is approximately 75km away.
