Check in is done in either the hotel main lounge or the guests room.

The hotel is located at the highest point of the caldera, about 250 m above the sea at the top of the traditional village of Imevigli. Guests will reach the centre of Fira from here in approximately 3 km, while Kamari beach lies about 10 km away.
