This new residence comprises about 115 apartments in a 15-storey building with lift access. It is the quietest of the 4 resorts and the most suitable for families. Free shuttle buses run between the 4 sites of Les Arcs. Those arriving by car may leave their vehicle in the car park for a fee.

Located in the heart of the Tarentaise, on the edge of the Vanoise mountain range, Les Arcs is an excellent and convenient all-round ski resort split into 4 pedestrian centres at 4 different altitudes (1,600 m, 1,800 m, 1,950 m and 2,000 m), all with superb children's facilities. Cointrin International Airport is situated at a distance of some 160 km and Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport is around 200 km away.
