The hotel comprises a total of 102 rooms. This hotel is located in the new shopping area in the west of the city, opposite the Rey Juan Carlos University and about 5 minutes from the leisure and winter sports centre Madrid Xanadú. It has good connections with the A5 dual carriageway National Road and with the M40 and M50 motorways.
