DESCRIPTION OF HOTEL OCEANIA CLUB
This is a new resort built in a luxurious, contemporary Mediterranean style, inspired by local architectural traditions. It opened in 2005 and was renovated in 2009. This air-conditioned, family-friendly establishment is located on a beautiful amphitheatre hill surrounded by pines, olive groves and cypress trees, leading along the sandy beach. The hotel offers well established, high-quality standards of service, entertainment, design and lifestyle, and develops a new ultra all-inclusive concept, the first of its kind in Greece. Offering a total of 298 rooms, guests are welcomed to this hotel in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, lift access, newspaper stand and hairdressing salon. Hotel amenities include an auditorium, games room, TV lounge, children's playground, kids' club, bar and disco. Guests may dine at the hotel in the restaurant, and the conference facilities and WLAN Internet access (fees may apply) may be of use to business guests. The hotel also provides a laundry service for an additional fee as well as a car park for those arriving by car. Guests may hire bicycles on site. The lobby is decorated in the same elegant theme as the rest of the hotel and is fairly large.
SITUATION OF HOTEL OCEANIA CLUB
The hotel is situated in Nea Moudania, Kassandra, within the region of Macedonia. Its winding coastline is marked by 4 sizeable gulfs - the Thermaic Gulf to the west, the Gulf of Orfanou to the east and the Gulf of Toroni and the Mt Athos Gulf in the south. The 3 ?prongs' cover a landmass measuring 2945 km² and are home to a population of around 79,000. The city centre is around 1.5 km from the beach hotel, where guests will also find the bus and train stations. The hotel is located directly on the beach.
ROOMS DESCRIPTION HOTEL OCEANIA CLUB
All of the beautifully appointed guest rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows and a furnished terrace or balcony offering stunning views over the Aegean Sea. They also come with an en suite bathroom with a bathtub, make-up mirror, bathrobes and a hairdryer. The rooms are equipped with a multi-channel satellite television and integrated music channels, as well as a DVD/CD player, international direct dial telephone and air conditioning and central heating units. A minibar, coffee and tea making facilities and an electronic safe also feature as standard. In addition, the bedrooms are furnished with double beds. Microwaves and ironing sets are available as well upon request, subject to availability.

RECREATION HOTEL OCEANIA CLUB
The hotel provides entertainment programmes for both children and adults (varies every week). Sports and children's activities are extensive but discrete, in order to guarantee the tranquillity and privacy of guests. Daytime entertainment includes fun group activities like bocce, syrtaki lessons, cooking lessons, Greek language courses, volleyball, water basketball, darts, stretching, quizzes and table tennis. Evening entertainment includes shows and musicals, live stage performances at the Theatre and Night Club, live music at the hotel main bar (4 times per week), cinema shows every night, a kids' show, quizzes (3 times per week), bingo (3 times per week) and small theatrical shows (3 times per week). A wide selection of DVDs is available at the hospitality desk. The hotel has 3 swimming pools, one of which is indoors and two outdoors, 2 children's swimming areas and a poolside snack bar. One pool is heated. Guests may want to kick back on the sun loungers under a parasol or keep fit with aerobics and aquafit courses or a workout in the gym. The hot tub, sauna, steam room and massage and spa treatments provide guests with ultimate relaxation. A wide range of water sport facilities are available for additional fees. These include waterskiing, jet skiing, diving, windsurfing, motor boating, banana boating, sailing and catamaran boating. Guests may also like to go canoeing or pedal boating. Sport facilities on dry land include squash, pool/snooker (fees apply), beach volleyball and archery. Fans of the fairway can head to Neos Marmaras golf course, which is about 50 km away. Sun loungers and parasols can be hired on the nearby sandy beach.

RESTAURANTS AND MEALS IN HOTEL OCEANIA CLUB
During the winter period from November to March, the resort offers Bed and Breakfast and Half board packages, as well as its all-inclusive packages. During the summer period from April to October, the resort offers only ultra all-inclusive board. Ultra all-inclusive means that guests get the best services in one price.
