The hotel is situated by the sea and connected with hotel Histria, facing inward toward the settlement of Punta Verudela. The hotel has a central heating, a common room, a restaurant, an aperitif bar and a TV hall. It consists of 132 rooms, located on three floors, each room with a panoramic view, different from each other, all of which are comfortably furnished with a minibar, a telephone and a SAT-TV. The guests can use three outdoor swimming pools, an acquagan, a sport centre with 22 tennis courts and a shopping center.

Breakfast is available to guests each morning. Guests are offered breakfast and evening meals in the form of a buffet. At lunch and for evening meals there is also an à la carte option. In addition, the hotel caters for guests with special dietary requirements.
