The child-friendly club was completely renovated in 2004. 290 apartments are spread over several buildings. Guests are offered an extensive large pool and garden area, a lobby with hire safes, a currency exchange counter and a reception, which is occupied 24-hours a day. Furthermore, there is a games room, a TV room, a newspaper stand, a nightclub, a cosy lobby bar, and an air-conditioned restaurant with a separate non-smoking area and children's highchairs available on request. In addition, there is an Internet terminal, laundry service as well as medical assistance available. Car parking facilities, a bicycle cellar and bicycle hire service, as well as a kids' club and a children's playground, are also available for use.

The popular club complex is situated on the low hills on the outskirts of Playa Blanca. An array of shops and other entertainment options are all easily reached within walking distance (about 1.5 km). There is a regular shuttle bus service and a bus stop also lies 1 km away.
