The hotel takes its name from one of the most important personalities of the city (Condestable Davalos ) located in a magnificent Palace constructed in the 16th and 17th centuries. It stands in the most attractive part of town, among many renaissance monuments.
This hotel has quite a bright restaurant, where one can find typical international dishes. Guests should sample the local dishes such as fried black pudding and partridge salad. For dessert there is a varied range of cakes or "nuns sighs" similar to custard with a type of sponge.
