Two family-run hotels are combined and operating as a single hotel complex. Their facilities include a common dining room, café, restaurants and bars. There is a good selection of sports and recreation activities and the complex also has wireless Internet access (payable locally). The beach hotel was fully refurbished in 2009 and consists of a total of 220 rooms. Facilities include air conditioning, a hotel safe, currency exchange, cloakroom, hairdressing salon, games room, kids' club, nightclub, conference facilities as well as a car park. A laundry service is also available for a fee.

The hotel is located on the beach in the centre of Gumbet with local transport passing in front of the hotel on a regular basis and a taxi stand nearby. The cosmopolitan resort of Bodrum, with its large yacht marina and the impressive St Peter's Castle, is approximately 3 km away and definitely worth a visit. There are numerous restaurants, bats, clubs and shops nearby. Milas Airport is about 38 km away.

Breakfast and dinner are served as an open buffet. There are 2 à la carte restaurants and also a snack bar for light meals during the day. Lunch and dinner are available à la carte and from a set menu.
