The hotel's concept is one of thermal tourism. Using the natural underwater spring water which the area is famous for, the hotel has both an indoor and outdoor travertine pool for this purpose. There is also a normal outdoor pool and childrens' pool. Other facilities include a restaurant, bar, shop, hair salon and sauna and gym (extra charge).

Located in the world reknowned Pamukkale, the hotel is a short walk from the travertines and ancient ruins of Heirapolis. The city of Denizli is just 18km away and regular local transport runs between Pamukkale and Denizli.

Breakfast and dinner are the meals offered and they are served in an open buffet form.
