Established in 2007, the hotel is an architectural complex of great historic and artistic importance. In 1931 the monastery was declared a World Heritage Site. However it was only until recently that it could be visited due to the fact that it was a closed order monastery. It features a unique Mudéjar coffered ceiling dating back to the 15th century. The hotel offers guests a restaurant, café, meeting room with conference facilities and a library. Offering a total of 51 guest rooms, the air-conditioned hotel welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, hotel safe, cloakroom, lift access and newspaper stand. Located in Segovia, the hotel is very close to some important tourist points, such as the Acueducto, which is just a couple of minutes' walk from the hotel, or the Alcazar, which is 20 minutes' walk away. Also nearby are the Cathedral and the Plaza Mayor. The bus station is around 1 km away and the train station about 2 km.

A continental breakfast buffet is served, while à la carte and set menu lunch and dinner are available.
