Built in 1920 and renovated in 2003, this hotel comprises a total of 13 rooms spread over 3 floors. The inviting lobby offers guests a 24-hour reception desk, a safe and a café. In addition, the hotel offers a newspaper kiosk and various shops as well as a small supermarket. Furthermore, there is a hairdresser, a bar and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant wiithin the hotel. The lobby is small in size and decorated with soft pastel colours.

Close to the hotel, guests will find 2 of the most famous and oldest parks in the city, the Villa Torlonia and Villa Paganini. The façade of the building is deemed to be one of the most beautiful from it's time period and was restored with the collaboration of the minister for culture, so that it is admired again as it once was.
