It is 10 min walk away from the old town and 15 min only from the seafront and its famous Promenade des Anglais. It is located at mid-distance between the train station of Nice Ville and the bus station. It is in a pretty street with small houses, very quiet since the main street became pedestrian because of the tramway. There is many restaurants around and there prices are reasonable.
