The guests are requested to remove their shoes at the entrance upon arrival and are offered a pair of slippers instead provided for use inside the ryokan.

The hotel is ideally located in the town centre of Beppu, with the main station nearby. A few minutes walk takes you to the commercial area with a lot of restaurants, bars and shops. The ryokan has a prime location overlooking spectacular Beppu Bay and there is a pleasant footpath leading to the beach.
