The charming villa is located in a quiet residential area approximately 200 metres from the Lido pier which is 10 minutes by boat to San Marco Square. About 500 metres in the opposite direction there is one of the top 10 best city beaches in the world.

There is a breakfast room on the ground floor, warm and well presented, overlooking the gardens, where in the warm season breakfast is served. The buffet breakfast offers a selection of organic products.
