Renovated in 2006, this beach hotel is part of a larger hotel complex and offers 57 guest rooms of different types (double, family, single, two-floor apartments). The complex's facilities include a restaurant, pizzeria, 'Barbecue Tcevermeto' - a grill restaurant and bar, a lobby bar, an ice cream parlour/café, a cocktail bar, lift access, a newspaper stand and a safe, cloakroom and a currency exchange facility in the entrance hall, which provides a 24-hour reception and check-out service. Guests can make use of the games room and TV room in their spare time. The hotel is situated in the southern part of the famous Black Sea resort of Sunny Beach and is close to one of the oldest European towns, Nessebar, 35 km from Bourgas and 25 km from Bourgas Airport.
