This family-run apartment complex focuses on the well being of its clients. It comprises a total of 86 studios and apartments, and services include an entrance hall with 24-hour reception desk, a currency exchange facility, lift access, a restaurant, a hairdresser, a café, bars, a TV room and excellent spa facilities. For an additional charge clients may access the Internet (charges apply), or make use of the room and laundry services.

The resort is located on the seafront on the north coast of Tenerife, in the quiet fishing village of Punta de Hidalgo. It is surrounded by a steep rocky coast beside the Anaga Massif and in the other face can see the Teide.

Breakfast is served in the form of a buffet, lunch may be selected from a set menu.
