These residences offer 225 fully furnished apartments in two towers, as well as facilities and services such as a business centre, a housekeeping service, complimentary broadband WLAN access in the lobby and pool area, and 24-hour security. Air conditioning, lift access and a breakfast room are also provided. Laundry and dry cleaning services and a self-service launderette are available for a fee. Parking facilities are available to guests arriving by car.

Strategically located just off Orchard Road, the residences are next to Wisma Atria and just a 5-minute walk from numerous shopping centres including Lucky Plaza, Wheelock Place and Ngee Ann City Shopping Centre. They are also just a 5-10 minute walk from Lido Cineplex (located within Shaw House Shopping Centre), several high commissions and embassies, and the Orchard MRT Station (underground train). Singapore Botanic Gardens, the Istana Park, the National Museum and the infamous Newton Hawker Centre are all just a 10- to 15-minute drive away. The airport is about 20-25 minutes away by car.

A complimentary continental breakfast is served from Monday to Friday only (except public holidays). There are also BBQ pits available for private parties by the pool (on request).
