The complex, with its lush gardens, comprises a total of 304 studio apartments and an entrance area with 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility and lift access. In addition to this the hotel has Internet access with a WLAN access point (charges apply), conference facilities, a common room with TV, car hire, a disco/ pub, a small supermarket, an on-site hairdresser and a restaurant with an ample selection of dishes on the menu as well as a panoramic view over all of Puerto Rico. Parking is also available for guests arriving by car.

The hotel grounds are located just around 700 m from the town centre, with its numerous options for shopping and entertainment. It is about 800 m from the beach. A bus leaves from a stop directly in front of the hotel, taking guests to the shopping district of Puerto Rico and bringing them back again.

Guests can enjoy a tasty breakfast and a pleasant lunch on the terrace. The kitchen is open from 9 am until 4.30 pm, offering guests coffee, cakes and ice creams. Local specialities are served up in the restaurant and there is an extensive range of delicacies on offer for guests' dining pleasure.
