The hotel is located on the A1/A63 junction just a short drive from both Leeds and York city centres. The hotel is located perfectly to explore neighbouring cities, but also has fantastic grounds including a pitch 'n' putt golf course.The rooms are all in good condition and of modern design with neutral colours. The rooms have all the facilities one would expect from a three star hotel such as tea/ coffee, trouser press etc.There is a carvery restaurant in the hotel which is large in size and very atmospheric. There is also a traditional bar serving light snacks.A one storey grey building, with extensive parking for both cars and coaches.The lobby is medium in size and very welcoming, with warm colouring.any parts recently refurbished. An ideal hotel for those travelling in the North of England and provides good value for money. Although on the outskirts of both York and Leeds, the hotels location enables easy access via the A1.
