The bedrooms all vary in style and are in excellent condition as would be expected from this very deluxe, boutique style hotel. They are all medium to large with varying colour schemes, some with four-poster beds, and are all feng-shui friendly. The bathrooms are also unique and in excellent condition. The restaurant is currently the most talked about eateries in Amsterdam and is located on the ground floor and lower ground floor of the hotel. It is immaculately decorated in black and white and the food is first class with much attention to detail, as is the service. The menu is a mixture of East meets West with something for all tastes and reservations are necessary. This is a traditional hotel in keeping with the rest of the buildings on this lovely street. There is an attractive courtyard leading to the entrance of the hotel which is very discreet and which is not obviously a hotel from the outside. The lobby is very small with the reception leading directly off the marbled lobby. In the reception area is a reception desk where guests sit on comfortable bench like seats whilst checking in, with wooden floors and beautiful flowers and vases giving a feeling of calm and tranquility.T
