The decor is nice and modern with wood floors and communal tables as well as individual tables and an attractive buffet area serving an extensive hot buffet breakfast. The Coffee Company is open all day serving drinks and snacks.This building is part of a block dating back to the 1930's.The lobby is modern and small and has terracotta style floor tiles and a reception desk giving it a very attractive mediterranean feel.This hotel is well located close to the heart of Amsterdam and is a good hotel for individual travellers and small groups. jg/07/2004
