Most rooms are medium sized and attractively decorated in the same English style as the rest of the hotel although they are quite dated and could benefit from some renovation work. The bathrooms are in good condition. There is not a restaurant, but there is the possibility of having a daily menu on request in the evenings. The bar is quite large with differing styles of furniture which are from Italy and give the hotel a modern slant. The exterior of the building has recently been cleaned and has been kept in the traditional style of the area. The inviting lobby has also benefited from the introduction of Italian furniture which gives it a modern look that is in complete contrast to the style of the bedrooms and is warm and welcoming. This hotel is in a prime location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre but still within walking distance. There is also a tram stop around the corner to the hotel which would get you to Central Station in less than 15 minutes, passing through the heart of the city. 09/11. 010708JG
