The residence consists of 44 studios and 20 2-bedroom apartments. All of the accommodation units are fully equipped. They include a main room with a kitchen area with mini fridge and microwave, a desk space, flat-screen TV, a direct dial telephone and unlimited complimentary WLAN Internet access. Other facilities include weekly cleaning and individually regulated heating. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower in the studios and with a bath in the apartments.
