The hotel is centrally located on the corner of Fort and Gore street which is the CBD of Auckland. It is just a short walk to the Auckland Waterfront, the Britomart Transport Centre and the Viaduct Harbour.

There is no restaurant in the property , there are a number of restaurants within a few minutes walk of the building. There is a supermarket within 250 metres of the building useful for buying provisions for self catering.
