This family-friendly apartment complex in 150 hectares of grounds is an international resort which offers the unique opportunity to ski in the well-renowned ski resort of Bansko in the winter and to enjoy the aristocratic game of golf in summer. The properties at the resort represent 3 residential districts, Downtown, Lake and Pirin. They are reminiscent of the typical structure of a town with its busy trading area and the different residential districts. Accommodation is provided in a total of 75 studios and apartments. The centre of Razlog is 3 km away and it is 6 km to the ski region and tourist centre of Bansko. Blagoevgrad is 60 km and it lies 160 km from the capital Sofia. Plovdiv Airport and Sofia Airport are both 160 km away.

Breakfast and dinner are available in buffet form and are served in the state-of-the-art Club House's restaurant. From the large terrace, guests can enjoy views of the mountains and the golf course.
