The complex comprises of eight blocks of flats and apart hotel. The five storey structures are surrounding a beautifully landscaped space with recreational areas, coffee shops and restaurants.

The complex is located in the southern area of Bansko, 1km to the east of the ski lift in the foothills of the Pirin Mountain. The elevated position provides splendid panoramic view to the town and the mountains around. The distance from Sofia is 165 km.
