Renovated in 2002, the hotel is spread over 4 floors and comprises 39 rooms. Facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, safe, money exchange service, a lift and a bar. In addition, there is a café, games room, TV room, Internet access and an à la carte restaurant which complies with the high standards of the Parador group and which offers popular dishes from northern Aragon. Finally, there are laundry and room services to round off the hotel's offerings. Those arriving by car can make use of the hotel car park. It looks spartan but that is the result of being built with materials (stone, wood and slates) from the area that has extreme temperatures in winter.

The hotel is located in Monte Perdido nature reserve in the Pyrenees. This part of the Pyrenees is famous for its pure air and water and its streams and rivers. The building was designed in the traditional architecture of the area and built from the local stone. From here, guests will be able to enjoy a stunning panoramic view of the mountain landscape. The hotel is located just 14 km away from Bielsa.
