The hotel building is built on a sloping hillside and follows the land's natural contours down to the sea. Consisting of suites and villas built in terraced stages on the hillside, the complex has modern decor with a Babylonian twist. The many facilities on offer include a small shopping centre with hair salon, a Spa & Wellness Centre, meeting rooms and small business centre, outdoor and indoor pool, a 300m private beach area with pagodas and a jetty with a dock providing mooring facilities. For younger guests the hotel has a mini-club and baby-sitting service (extra charge). In addition, the hotel has light animation and sporting activities.

The hotel is located on the Bodrum Peninsula between Turgutreis and Gumusluk, with spectacular views over-looking the Aegean Sea. Local transport passes infront of the hotel with links to nearby towns, including the cosmopolitan resort of Bodrum which is 22km away.

All meals are served in an open buffet form.
