The twenty double rooms, which can also be used as single rooms, are all equipped with an ensuite bathroom, heating and air conditioning, colour TV, direct dial telephone and fridgebar. All rooms are also suitable for the addition of a third and fourth bed.
The private verandas and windows look out onto viale Alghero, the main road which leads to the town centre, or onto the back garden.

The restaurant is run by the owner of Hotel Mannu himself and his sister. The three dining rooms in the hotel offer a refined, hospitable atmosphere and can cater for up to one hundred diners. During the summer, with the addition of the veranda, capacity is one hundred and thirty. Throughout the year diners can sample delicious specialities from Bosa culinary tradition, which includes both meat and fish dishes, all prepared with local produce. Among the most characteristic dishes are handmade panadinas, savoury pies, gnocchetti with lamb sauce and roast suckling pig. While the fish menu offers mixed grilled fish, lobster and skate, all to be accompanied with the fine wines from the restaurants wellstocked wine cellar. The mouth-watering desserts are also home-made and follow local traditions with the basic ingredients of almonds and hazelnuts.
