Katrin Budweg and José Solano´s dream of living outside the tumultuous city of São Paulo came true, merging with the wish of Katrin´s father, a retired executive with large administrative and industrial experience, to found a new undertaking. As a result of this common wish the Gira Sol Lodge was bought in 2005, in Bonito, a growing ecotourism center and Solano´s home county.
