The hotel, which was renovated in 2007, is an ideal venue for both leisure and corporate guests due to its close proximity to Brisbane city centre. It has 71 rooms spread over 7 floors. It has a lobby with 24-hour reception, cloakroom and lift access. A bar, restaurant and conference facilities all feature, as do Internet and WLAN access (both subject to fees). Room and laundry services are provided with the former subject to fees. Parking facilities are available to guest arriving by car. Small lobby recently refurbished (Feb 2007).
