This hotel comprises 150 rooms, a safe, a currency exchange facility, a cloakroom, a lift and a kids' club. The eco-friendly hotel has been accredited by Green Globe and is a member of the Green Hotel community and CAST (Caribbean Association for Soft Tourism). The hotel is an ideal location for weddings, anniversary parties and conferences. Each year a traditional Christmas party with Christmas presents is staged at the hotel. Also to be found within this hotel is a hairdressing salon, a kiosk, a café, a bar, a casino and a restaurant. Car parking facilities can be found outside. Air-conditioned reception area, small in size, with a very informal comfortable atmosphere. Check in is done whilst seated offering a very personal private service. There is limited seating provided by the reception area with bright decor.

Located amidst tropical gardens right by the sandy beach of Palm Beach, this hotel lies on the south coast of Barbados. The endangered hawksbill sea turtles come here to breed (main breeding place in the Caribbean). A range of golf courses, historical sights of interest and the Christ Church are to be found just a short distance from the hotel. It is also some 3 km from links to the public transport as well as the fish market and nightclub.
