This beach resort is the new incorporation of the second phase of the existing Cabo Villas Resort. The additional amenities and luxury designed villas unify both properties into one large beachfront resort. It offers 114 rooms in total and facilities include air conditioning, a lobby, 24-hour reception, hotel safe, currency exchange, cloakroom, lift access, bar, restaurant, Internet and WLAN access (both subject to fees) and room and laundry services (the latter subject to fees). Younger guests are sure to enjoy the playground. Parking facilities are available to guests arriving by car in the form of a car park and parking garage.

Fishing enthusiasts and shoppers alike will appreciate the central location of the hotel, just a 5-minute walk from both the marina and the Puerto Paraiso shopping centre. Restaurants, bars, nightlife, the beach and sea can all be found in the immediate vicinity. In the Los Cabos area guests may never need a taxi or rental car.

Breakfast is served as a continental-style buffet, while lunch is available as a buffet, à la carte or from a set menu. Dinner is served à la carte or from a set menu.
