There is a total of 30 self catering apartments, 24 of them with one bedroom and 6 studios. Each apartment has a full bathroom, kitchenette, fridge, balcony, telephone and air conditioning (new for 2006). Safe payable and on request. The maximum capacity of the apartments is four people (two adults and two children) and of the studios, 3 people.

 The building has six floors with lift. There is a bar with Satellite TV, 24 hours reception and medical services on request. Across the road, there is a salt water swimming pool and snack bar.
