Castaway Island offers a true Fijian Island experience suitable for families, couples and honeymooners. Complementary use of snorkelling equipment and all non motorised watersports equipment including catamarans, wind surfers, glass bottom boat, paddle boards and spy boards. The resort can also organise scuba diving, fishing, island safaris, picnics, parasailing and jet skiing. (payable to the hotel directly). There is a 25 metre freshwater pool. Castaway Island or by its traditional Fijian name 'Qalito', lies thirty kilometers (twenty miles) west of Nadi International Airport in the waters of the Mamanuca Group. Accessible by seaplane, helicopter or catamaran. It is a small 174 acre private resort surrounded by a vibrant coral reef.
