It comprises 6 buildings in different styles, a large and a small garden and 188 medium and high-grade standard rooms and suites, not to mention 8 meeting rooms of different sizes. Facilities include 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe and currency exchange facilities. There is a restaurant, café, bar, pub and disco. Guests can also use the TV lounge and room and laundry services. The car park and undercover parking garage can accommodate 100 cars and the restaurant seats 400 guests.

This city hotel is located at 6 Waiwujin Lane, Xiatang Street, which was a recuperation spot for heads of government and high-ranking officials in around 1949. In 1991 it became one of Suzhou's historic reservations.
