The Key West Studio units sleep up to 4 persons and feature courtyard views. They include all of the above as well as a microwave, a 2-burner stove, and a toaster. The Sunset Condo Suites sleep up to 4 persons and have views of the Intercoastal Waterway. The units include a living room (with a pull-out sofa bed), a kitchen/dining area with a full-size fridge, a stove, a microwave oven, a dishwasher and a separate bedroom with 2 queen-size beds. The Sunset Condo Villas enjoy courtyard views and the Marina Condo Villas have waterway views. Both sleep up to 4 persons, with a maximum of 2 adults and feature, on the 1st floor, a living room (with a sofa bed), a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony. The second floor has a lofted bedroom with a king-size bed, a large walk-in closet, and a spacious bathroom with a spa tub and a walk-in shower.
