Renovated in 2007, the apartment complex comprises 136 apartments and features a 24-hour reception desk, currency exchange service, public Internet and bike rental and storage. Additionally, there is a playground, miniclub for children from 5-12, bar and air-conditioned restaurant with non-smoking area on offer. A laundry service rounds off the offerings (fees apply).

The all-inclusive programme incorporates all meals in buffet style plus snacks and drinks in the snack bar from 10 am to 11 pm.
