The 9-storey building was built in 1986 and has a total of 39 singles, 246 doubles and 18 suites. The hotel facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, 3 lifts, a cash machine and a café. Additional facilities include shops, 2 bars, a hairdresser, a games room, Internet access, barbeque during the summer, garden area, pools and an air-conditioned restaurant.
